Nursery and kindergarten Medvědi Kolín operates a day nursery (for children aged 1 to 3 years) focused on Montessori pedagogy and a kindergarten (for children aged 2.5 to 6 years) focused on teaching English in cooperation with a language school.

The Montessori environment encourages children's independence, concentration, a desire to try something and discover natural connections. In the exercises of practical life, children mainly participate in the preparation of snacks (peeling, slicing, spreading, pouring, etc.) and learn to take care of themselves and the environment. Furthermore, their sensory perception is encouraged and sharpened, and activities "tailored" to their interest and sensitive period are carried out.

Thanks to the Lingua Kitties curriculum, children are able to receive English completely spontaneously in a playful and non-violent way, thus creating a solid foundation for its further development. There are methodically guided blocks of activities and games focused on teaching English in the form of collective singing, recitation, theater and various creative activities. The instructor works with the children, using the most effective method based on learning the language in a natural way. The instructors are fully qualified English teachers with extensive experience of working with children.
